We offer a photography team of two but can provide only one wedding art expert for an intimate wedding or up to 4 professional photographers for big celebrations!

Most of our couples book our photographers right after we have done with proposal pictures or engagement sessions, the best time to save your date with us 9-12 months before your wedding date.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO HIRE PHOTOGRAPHER FOR YOUR WEDDING?

The simple answer is as soon as you reserved the venue! Statistically, the range when couples sign a contract with a photographer is from 6 to 13 months before the wedding day. Thus, you should book your photographer at least 9 months before your wedding. Our opinion is that the term of 12 months is a great time to finalize the date and venue and start looking for photo and video service offers.  We request to book everything in advance to make sure we are available on your date, and we have enough time for the engagement session and enough time to provide any print work such as invitations, quest frames, guestbook, etc. But you can get the best offer by booking your photographer more than a year before the wedding day.

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We never charge the time. Your wedding is our priority and we only care about the quality of the product you will receive, not the time.  Additionally, it takes stress off couples' shoulders when they don’t have to think about time. Our regular price for THE ENTIRE DAY (from the Getting Ready to the Reception) starts from $2,700. We have different packages which may include an engagement session, video, albums, invitations, wall art, etc. 

 

 

DO YOU PROVIDE ANY DISCOUNT?

Weddings are expensive life events, and we always keep our prices affordable and quite close to the average prices in California! But unfortunately, a lower price means lower quality in most cases. We created the so-called “Early Booking” discount which also lets us provide the best quality and unparalleled photography services in California while reducing the price for those who book us first. 

Every year we reserve only 2 weddings per month with a $1,000 discount. It's great extra money to spend on the album, wall art, or honeymoon! So, if you are a couple who books us more than a year in advance, and you manage to become the first or the second couple in the chosen month, you will receive a $1,000 discount on any package you choose! However, that’s not it yet; each of the 24 couples participates in a lottery. We choose one couple to offer one of our packages absolutely for free! Lottery day always takes place at Christmas Time.

 

 

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS DO I NEED FOR MY WEDDING?

 

It always depends on the situation, but the main rule in Wedding Photography is the following:

1-99 guests - 1 photographer

100-149 guests - 1 photographer or 2 photographers (highly recommended)

150-249 guests - Only 2 photographers or 3 photographers (highly recommended)

250+ guest - 3 photographers

 

It's very important to understand that the process of live photography cannot be stopped. We need to capture the moment and track what happens right now. So if you want to have at least two angles to capture the reactions of you both, you should expect one photographer to concentrate on the bride, while another one can shoot the groom's reaction, capture your guests at cocktail hour, while the main photographer will work with your art pictures and many other very important things. If this is true for you, then you definitely need the second photographer, no matter the guest count. 

DO YOU PROVIDE A PHOTO BOOTH AS WELL?

Yes, we do! It's not just a Photo Booth. We truly believe that quality has to be found in every service we provide. Our LIVE PHOTO BOOTH PACKAGES are carefully crafted to give you the widest range of options and the maximum amount of coverage for your special day and include one professional photographer, who will take pictures by the backdrop or even walk around, as well as an assistant, who will make sure that all photos are professionally edited (4x6 or strips postcards, exclusive design, unlimited single print, an online gallery). We want to make sure you have professional quality images & prints to remember your special day.

 

IS THERE A STYLE OR QUALITY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PHOTOGRAPHERS?

 

No. We take every measure to ensure consistent style and quality among our photographers. We have developed the unique style you see in our work over the years. Each shoot is reviewed to ensure our quality and style are consistent. All mistakes, no matter how minor, are scrutinized by the team. We trust that the quality and style of photography you receive will be consistent. 

 

WHEN SHOULD WE DO OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION?

 

We encourage you to do your engagement session as soon as possible. The latest we suggest is at least 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding date due to the time necessary to post produce each image and complete your product order(s).

 

CAN WE SCHEDULE OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION FOR THE WEEKEND?

Because most weddings occur on weekends, we typically do not shoot engagement sessions on weekends. If you can only do your engagement session on a weekend, we can carefully schedule your engagement session on a weekend; however, if a wedding is scheduled for that weekend, later on, we will have to reschedule your engagement session. There will also be an additional charge for weekend engagement sessions. We also like to shoot on weekdays because locations are typically less crowded.

 

 

HOW MANY IMAGES DO YOU TYPICALLY DELIVER FROM AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION? WHAT ABOUT WEDDING? AND HOW LONG DOES THE EDITING PROCESS TAKE?

We typically deliver around 50-100 images per engagement/proposal shooting. In the case of a wedding, we typically deliver 60-100 images per hour. Keep in mind these numbers may increase or decrease depending on the flow of the day and the number of events/activities needing to be captured.

The turnaround time for the engagement/proposal session is no longer than 15 days, but for the proposal, we usually do quick editing for several pictures on the next day so you will be able to announce your engagement with professional pictures! For weddings, it's usually not more than 40 days from the wedding day. Kindly note that we provide several edited pictures on the following day, so you can do a proper announcement with the pictures you paid for!

HOW DO I BOOK MY WEDDING SHOOT?
